Frequent disconnection of broadband causing loss in business

This is a recurring issue. I am a stock broker and require broadband for running my business. There have been recurring problems from airtel broadband. The connection keeps disconnecting frequently, and during business timings. This causes a lot of discomfort and irritation to my clients.
I had emailed the customer care and demanded compensation about 2 months back. They assured me that this will never happen again. Now, again, in a span of 25 minutes, the broadband disconnected 4 times.
So this time, I have had enough and am demanding compensation from them.
