Verification farse

I purchased prepaid airtel connection no. 9871977196 on 2.12.2009. around 21.12.2009 Someone on behalf of airtel called me and said that they will come for verification and asked for landmark and convenient time to meet me. I informed them anytime after 7 pm. further i informed them that i am having postpaid connection of airtel for the past 5 years. On 23.12.2009 i received a msg stating that the company representative could not meet me and hence my services has been disconnected. I categorically deny ur msg as my house is never lockedNo representative visited my house. If at all, the the representative really visited my house, he should have immediately contacted over mobile requesting me reach home to complete th mandatory formalities. Further i am residing in the address for the past 2 decades and all the neighbors will vouch for this. The attitude of ur representative is disgusting and nauseating. when i contacted airtel i was informed to fill fresh forms which i will not do. i want u to reactivate the connection immediately. i will approach necessary forum as i cud prove that ur representative did not come to my house.
