No proper service for banding a lost numbe

I lost my nokia 3110 used vit Airtel sim, with a receipt numbr 114/15-12-08 primarily used with a airtel 149 scheme (31-12 lost date) bought from the shop nokia landmark no7 devarhall trichy (purchase date 15-12-08) vit a number 9994790854 given by the shop.shop gave us the number without getting any id card...

i would like to band the usage of the number which i had for prevention from misuse,

but the customer care s not providing proper response, ven consulted to the headoffice too no proper steps were taken... i would like to request u to destroy or band the number .and would like to inform u tat am not responsible for any problem due to tis number from 31-12-09... pls kindly aceept and respond for tis email complaint as soon as possible.
