Archies comics Subscription

I have been using my connection for the past 2 years now and for the past 1 year regularly Rs 10 is deducted from my account twice a month, stating that i have renewed my subscription for Archie's comics, whereas i have not done anything of this sort. Had registered complaint 'bout the same to Airtel last year and they said that it will be dealt with, but that has not been the case. I suggest strong action be taken against the service provider for not rectifying the fault of their customer.
