Disconnection of Account No-13998803

I want to bring your attention towards Airtel pathetic services thru following facts :

Sep 30

1. I talked to your customer representative Mr Mohd. Amir for the availability of broadband connection at Sector-92, Noida, U.P. I was given Service Request No-34109539. Eventhough I knew about the non-availability of your circle at Sector-92, noida through your web-site, I still thought of confirming thru your customer representative which was my 1st mistake. I was told that confirmation will be given in a time of 3-4 days which never came to me.

2. After waiting patiently for so many days, I talked to Ms Parool regarding the SR No- 341109539 for which she told that it has not been forwarded till date. When I shocked to find that no action has been taken for 20 day, she quickly agreed to tell me the status in 2 days. Within 2 days I was told that Airtel broadband is not possible at Sector-92, Noida, UP.

3. I notified the customer representative Mr Nazim (Retention Officer) on Oct 27 via SR No.-104577590 to regarding the immediate disconnection of above mentioned account no. i.e. 13998803 as I have shifted from the existing residence to the newer one. Instead of my repeated insistence to disconnect, he told that it will be checked for the feasibility for the connection at new location. I told clearly that the non-availability of circle has already been checked at your site and also thru SR No-34109539 dt Sep 30 but he paid no heed to my advice.

4. As I have not received any confirmation regarding the status of Sr No- 104577590, I again talked to your representative. To my utter shock and disbelief, Mr Nazim has not even forwarded the request and no action was being taken. Then I was given a new request No-856642.

5. Since a simple disconnection was taking so much time and I was not sure about the status of my connection, I decide to check via your web site, I found that it is still showing active. The I talked to your representative Mr Rehman for status of request no-856642. Again it was not even forwarded and was lying idle. I was assured of reply and action within 2 days.

6. I was told that the previous request has been forwarded and a new No- 26563064 has been given to me.

7. I again checked your website. The account no was still showing active. Also to add insult to the injury the bill was also prepared up to Nov 22 whereas I have asked for the immediate disconnection on Oct 27.

For your reference, I also had a BSNL connection on my residence which was disconnected on the same date which I mentioned in the request. This is for the people who compare service of Airtel to BSNL.

As on date bills are being raised. I am so disgusted about Airtel services and your customer representatives that I have stopped about asking and talking to your representatives about the connection. I have deposited my Nov for the charges upto Oct.
