Failure of SIM card Pre Paid

I had taken an Airtel Pre Paid mobile connection (9560220538) in Nov 09 from south delhi and the phone was in use for around 15 days in Delhi. All necessary documents were submitted. However in Dec 09 while at Kochi when I treid to activate the SIM, I got 'Invalid SIM' remark on my mobile. To my surprise the kerala Airtel reps told me to register complaint with delhi office. My efforts with delhi office has also no yielded any result. I am not likely to return to Delhi till mid feb. It is requested that the issue be resolved on priority.
