Duplicate sim required

This is to inform that i have lost my Mobile SIM Bearing mobile No 9840888861 anywhere in train from tambaram to maraimali nagar. But unfortunatly i have not get any chance to Block the same due to that simcard purchased by payment collection executive by submitted his proof. now i could not able to trace the guy where he is. Now i am ready to give a written letter regarding this. Please provide me a solution to get a new sim in my proof.
