Wrong deduction as per tarriff

I have activeted night tarriff on my airtel number but since 15 days past now, that tariff isnt working till i havd launch a complain at customer care but still i have got no response.
They people only giving dates when the due date for sorting out complaint was came then they said " aaj se kaam karega" but still same problem arising.
Please look after the matter
