Poorest service

I m the user of airtel for last 5 yrs and uses more than Rs. 1500 severcises every month bt Airtel can't provide service properly. gradually its is decreaing towards bottom even worse than BSNl/Relaince. Bt they are always way ahead in case of deducting the amount for services. I m using Buddy Finder and Mis cal Alert bt i m nt getting service for same although i hv been charged regularly for the services. whenever i try to find any of my buddy screen shows RESULT UNKNOWN. i m very much fade up wit the service if u guys can't provided service at minimum accepted level then atleast i m nt going to use the service.
