My Airtel no. is 9896860101 (Haryana circle) I am receiving a SMS dated 26-12-09 from Airtel and SMS Is (Your all call rate is reduce all Airtel no call 50 Paisa and Other No 60 Paisa for one Year) after this my call rate is not reduces I am complain at costumer care Representative Mr. Bablu they give me a complain no. and say your problem solve before 14 Jan. behalf of complain No. 13 Jan Mr. Kuldeep call from Airtel and say that he (Airtel) not refund extra call charge amount and say send one SMS (YES FREE) to 121 for call reduce but those offer validity only 30 days Previous offer validity is one year. What Can I do not any Airtel call Representative solve my problem
