Connection problem

Dear Sir,

My Mobile number is 9967307389. My mobile is showing out of coverage area for last 10 Days. Not a single sgnal showing in the range indicator. I asked the airtel customer care and lodged a complaint regarding this they are saying that it will take some time (7 Days). what should i do..?
