Worng bill and mental harrasment

I have taken a new airtel postpaid conection and in my first bill company has send me a worng bill and when i tried 2 know the reason no one was ready to help me out either in coustemer care nor in airtel office...

and now they have send me a court letter sayng that if i wont pay the bill they will.bring me in court...
