Network Problem

I am using Airtel services from last 7 years but from last six months all of my airtel no. is not working properly the call get disconnected many time during the conversation and when i complaint about this they said we are doing to get solution for this. its almost 7 months but still not get the solutions from airtel and still they are charging me for those call which get dropped during the call. I hope the department will take an immediate action in this regard because its not only me who is suffering from the same many more user also having the same problem. My no. is 9818455881 its a post paid connection.
