Again deduction

What is this? i gave complaint that my amount rs.25/- wrongly deducted from my recharge, you put the amount in my account back on 16/1/10 but then next morning i checked there was only rs.1/- balanced in my account, for what reason you are doing this, you don't have any proper system to stop this, or tell the reason and tell me your customer care no., asking for 3rd time, you wrongly deducted for 3 times, my mobile no.-9960833674.and no one has a time like this to type and send and you will do whatever you likes.or please return my simcard amount to me i can change it to another, problem is everyone has my this no., but i can solve my problem by changing, its my need.please find out.
