Sim network problem

Hi,

i am using airtel sim from last 5 to 6 months. From dec9 i am facing network problem in my SIM other mobiles around me are not having any problem of network. I did two complaint dated on 22 dec (complaint no:1222098602) and 2nd jan (complaint no:0102190556) but my problem is still not solved. Today on 18th jan i went to airtel office at navi peth Pune there they told me to call 999 from there phone. The person on phone told me to wait again for 4 days and again gave me new complaint no:0118438181 or else pay 25Rs to get DUPLICATE SIM.But they are not ready to give me in writen that there will be no problem in the DUPLICATE SIM so why should i pay then. They are saying that there is no such rule of governement to give written.

I think you will understand my problem and provide me with a proper solution.
