NO RESPONCE OF COMPLAINT [|BAL|9893174441|21012010108|]

I m Dr. Pranay Singh my mob.no is 9893174441.

I recharged my no. with 94 Rs topup plan for GPRS on 16th of december, that was valid for 1 mnth. On 12th of January early mng from 12.15 am to 1.45 am i browse net 25 MB only that was free within every night limit 75 MB and 154 Rs were deducted from my main act balance which was illegal

I had complaint twice no is CBDPA 30112049625 and ROVAD 50113298043

Till now i didnt get any satisfactory solution, every time customer care persons are giving me time and date that they will contact but till i m waiting.

from my no services to talk to customer care executive has been barred.

Now i think i must have to go to the consumer forum.
