My pre-paid Airtel mobile No is 9866591233 (at Hyderabad) which was activated on 17-05 and then deactivated on 23-05 for want of ID & residence proof. After submitting of the said documents three times my connection was activated on 27-05. I lodged a complaint bearing No 523139836 on 23.05.2007 but till date i have not received the information about the complaint. Although the connection was activated on 01-06 and due to my personal visits to customer care at White House Begumpet, the complaint stands still not settled.
Today on 01-06, I received as sms that Rs 99 were debited to my account as value pack for which I never applied for. After talking to customer Care, one, Mr Narinder informed me that i Rs 99 will be credited back to your account on 04-06. But the question is when i did not applied for the value pack, how the amount has been debited to my account.
