Shutting down of call centra

Airtel has withdrawn its 121 voice service without any pre announcement. is the company not able to afford to run a call centre and redress thro sms .i was offered full ltalk time for 202 but credited only 181 the company says there was no offer on that day. how come has someone hacked into AIRTELs servers? if so how secure is airtel?
