It's horrible! no one is there to take care of the customer, no one is responsible in this big service company, is there no any big officer appointed to check the complaints? can't he check the feedback/ complaints. Are you serious?

Continuosly 4th time you deduct the amount from my account, for no reason. I have not asked for any sms or any ather service how can you start any sevice which i have not asked without my permission. On my private mobile number, who are you to do that? is it your monopoly, you think? you put rs.15/- back in my account on 22/01/10 saying that this will not happen again and what is this, next morning again you deduct rs.10/- i think it is for a sms service which i have not asked somethink 'kollywood sirens', i don't understand you till. 4 times. I said if anything wrong from us tell us, can't you stop these non-asked services, can't you keep your customer haapy and confident for your service.for this reason my nephew stopped airtel service and changed to another, and now advised me to do so.2nd time i am saying that pl.return my sim card amount, if you can't handle the case. Again you will put the money, then you will deduct the money next day, good.within 15 days may be you will find that i stopped this service.
