Dear Sir/Madam

i have an airtel PostPaid connection (9935588997) before 4-5 year, i cut my phone on delay of payment, but the Bill collector promise me that yt pn will not discoonect i paid him 2, 500 rupee but my amount is 3500 approx, and the date is before two days from my birthday, i much suffer from it, but no one come to me to ask the reason, but they never try to find out the reason and now after 8 month they take legal action on me, and his advocate says to me the fine is 3 i dont know what i do, please help me if u can or give me the concern person contract details
