I activated sms scheme of RS 102 on 24/01. i used the service for the same till 25th jan but on 25 jan evening my sms started getting charged from main account.

I complained in customer care about 4-5 times but did not get any proper response.

now its about 4 days i am suffering with this problem. Company just says that your complain has been taken. you will be directed shortly.

but there is no solution to this problem yet.

kindly give me some suitable solution.
