Don't need sms of offers from you

This is 5th time that i am telling you that i don't need any sms or any call of your offers. Yesterday I have got sms in the night that is @ 1.00am in the night, how can you do this? can't use your common sense that i could be sleeping, after that sms ring and disturbance I really not slept the whole night. Before also you assured me that there will be no any sms and deduction. Also i didn't got my rs.10/- back in my account which you deducted on 23/01/10 for sms which i have not asked, i am not going to recharge till I assured that the amount is not deducted from my account.please put that in my account.thank you very much.
