Jabalpur customer not attending my call

Respected sir/madam,

My name is Anil kumar and my phone no is 9589962594.actually i am in karnataka and my number is in roaming.on 27-jan i did recharge of Rs 50 in my mobile but i didn't get the amount in my mobile.my transaction number is- 1429858275.i don't know what happen but i got the recharge successful message but didn't get amount. For this complaints i trying to call to jabalpur customer executive but they are not picking up my phone. I don't know what's wrong with them .because this problem happen before also. This is not the right way. Is this kind of service they are providing. this is may karnataka phone no-9686584442.please solve this problem and if you want to talk with me you can call in this number.
