Unwanted messages after registered in DND

I am facing problem regarding unwanted messages. I have reported serevel times to Airtel and every time they closed my complain without inform me and marked comments like .. suffient infomation.

Even when I provided them all the infomation of message like ; Time Date Sender and related mobile no mentioned in Message.

I have two complain No: 30020454 - reported on 19th Dec and 30480482 reported on 16th Jan
