Charge for service not asked fo

I have never asked for any additional services and told them time and again that I do not require any additonal services; still they continue to deduct from my prepaid balance.

The services they have charged for are

1) audio clips

2) job offers

3) daily horoscope

I am a retired person and never asked for any of the services.

This is shameless daylight robbery by Airtel
