Activating unwarranted packages

I have Airtel prepaid connection with no. 9892611600. I have never asked for any of the value added services but it is forced on me. On 1.2.2010 companay has deducted 30/- for renewal of some Audio Movie package. When I have never asked for any of such package the question of renewal of such sevice does not arise. Contacting their customer care all abusurd replies. Strict action should be taken against the company which forces upon such packages & other value added services. I want credit of 30/- which is wrongly debited from my balance.
