E recharge of Rs 222 credited to other mobile no

Retailer was given for e-recharge of Rs 222.00 for crediting into mobile no 9934227119 but retailer credited this amount to mobile no 9934224119.Retailer has put complaint regarding this matter on 21.01.10.It was ensured by the airtel working person near pani tanki, boring road, patna that amount will be transferred to mobile no 9934227119 by 04.02.10.No amount has been credited to my mobile no 9934227119.Please help me to get the same.
