On 26/01/10 a sms came from Airtel Promo: NOW RECHARGE FOR RS 44 AND GET TT RS 39.90 IN 48 HRS! ENJOY ROAMING TARIFF-ALL AIRTEL NOS@60P, OTHERS@80P & INCOMING@60P FOR 1 YEAR.
Then I called customer care for two times to confirm if talktime will be credited with recharge Rs 44 or not? and they replied yes. Two days passed and and no credit happened. I called customer care and they take a complain and said to resolve in maximum time of 5 days. COMPLAIN NO:3012856948300.But five days passed no credit of my money. Again called customer care and they again forwarded the same complain number and said to resolve in 3 days. But it also passed today i.e. on 5/02/10.
The Concern Department called me and and inspite of crediting the talktime they are saying number of excuses. Again No credit given and my outgoing call rate increases and no one from customer care told me that rates are going to be changed otherwise I dont bother to recharge it.
I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY AIRTEL.PLEASE LOOK THE MATTER.
