Dear sir

I request you to please do the needful as since the month of september/ october I have not used my mobile no 9601004444 but today I have checked my balance it is short by around 400 Rs I have talked to the customer care manager Mr Bajaria (if not mistaken) regarding the deplition issue but in the month of october my balance was around 400/- and today when i have checked my balance there is only .20 paise in my account the executive said that I have used some cricket packs which I have never subscribed and the customer care executive is denying to refund the amount hence request you to please do the needful for the same
