Huge monetory loss owing to non activation of connection

Respected Sir,
I would like to let you know that AIRTEL, the service provider is giving again and again FALSE / FICTITIOUS comments intentionally.
Today again Airtel have given the false statement that they do not have any deposit with them but at the time of filling up the form I paid as a deposit Rs.300.00 vide tax invoice no C 500263 dt. 16.09.2009 WHERE THAT AMOUNT HAS GONE?
First and Foremost: I applied for a POST PAID connection on 16.09.2009 maintaining all the rules and regulations of TRAI, inspite of activating within 2-3 hours which I was told at the time of submitting papers with all relevent documents /papers why they activated the line on 30.09.2009 . IT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT THEY HAD DONE IT TO CHARGE THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THAT MONTH. IT INDICATES THEIR INTENTION THAT HOW THEY ARE HARRASSING CUSTOMERS.THEREAFTER THEY HAVE STOPPED PROVIDING SERVICE GIVING SOME FICTITIOUS REASON WHICH IS STATED HEREUNDER.THAT CONNECTION AND MOBILE IS LYING LIKE A TINY TOY
Secondly: Owing to their ultimate negligence in activation I had lost huge business from my clients within that period for which I've become economically handicapped. Who will be responsible for absurd delay and will compensate me.
Thirdly: I've been hearing from my clients and others that "WHY HAVE I GIVEN AN INVALID NUMBER TO DIAL ME "
Fourthly: INSPITE OF SUBMITTING ALL THE DOCUMENTS AS PER RULES & REGULATIONS BY TRAI AND THE NECESSARY AMOUNT SUBMITTED, REQUIRED BY SERVICE PROVIDER (AIRTEL) to give a new connection WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO SUFFER IN SUCH A BAD MANNER AND WILL HAVE TO LOSE MY OWN BUSINESS & PRESTIGE BECAUSE OF SERVICE PROVIDER'S FAULT.
Last but not least: Without proper verfication they had given some fictitious reason to hide their fault. When I asked them inspite of having second AIRTEL No. STATED IN THE APPLIED FORM why the verification team did not call me. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO ANSWER. MY HOUSE IS OPEN 24 X 7 X 365 DAYS AND SITUATED BY THE SIDE OF MAIN ROAD AND VERY CONTIGUOUS TO SONARPUR RAILWAY STATION, EACH AND EVERY THING I HAD GIVEN ALONGWITH THE FORM BUT I DON'T KNOW THAT FOR WHAT REASON THEIR VERIFICATION TEAM DID NOT FEEL TO GET IN TOUCH IN THE OTHER AIRTEL NO (WHICH WAS GIVEN IN THE FORM) WHEN THEY CAME TO VERIFY. WITHOUT VERYFYING THE ADDRESS THEIR VERIFICATION TEAM SUBMITTED A RIDICULOUS REPORT But now from Airtel HOW they are calling in that alternate number? WHENEVER I WANTED TO TALK IN CONFERENCE WITH THE PERSON WHO CAME TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS NEITHER THEY ALLOWED NOR THEY HAD GIVEN THEIR PHONE NO.SOTHAT I PERSONALLY CAN TALK TO THEM . It clearly indicates that there are some fishy /faulty matter which they don't want to disclose.
