Regarding Offer SMS

My contact no. is 9970253125. I got an sms form Airtel that if i recharge by the balance ammount of RS 42/- my STD call rates will be reduced to 0.50 p/min and Local will be reduced to 0.40 p/min. I recharge my mobile as soon as i get sms with transaction id 1567956989 but i didn't get those facilities later i logged a complaint with complain ref. no is: 0206334027. But no any action is taken yet and its been about 4 days. Please do something these mobile service provider really makes fool the customer by sending such smses and making pool of money.
