Deductions on prepaid lines

Though i have not subscribed for the AirTel Tunes and other services, the company has automatically subscribed me and deducted money on two occasions. After requesting to cancel all such services, no refund is made. I think AirTel is resorting to this method to compensate for their loss due to the competition and low tariff.

Is there a possibility that they will listen to the consumers and do business ethically?
