Recharge of Rs 28/- but 50ps scheme not being operational

Sir,

I had recharged with Rs 28/- for the special scheme offer of 50ps per call scheme. But My account got recharged for Re 1/- and no scheme was made operational. My mobile No. is 9725073202. Recharge date is before one month. Please convert my accpount to 50 ps per call scheme at the earliest.
