Alance deducted from prepaid card

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, i myself Mr. Suhas Shinde having a prepaid card bearing mobile nos, . 9867993531, further, i like to mention that i have not activated any services on my prepaid card, then also my balance is been deducted from the prepaid card.

Kindly look into the matter and immediately terminated all sms services from my prepaid card mention above and also give us the credit to my card deducted for services activated.
