Hi,
I have changed from Airtel postpaid to prepaid on jan9th. I was told that i had to pay all the unbilled amount without discounts. Upon asking about the deposit, i was told that the discounts and the deposit will be settled in next bill. My online account is no more there, I haven't received any bill settlement to my e-mail. Upon contacting customer care of airtel they say, it doesn't come under their duty and i have to contact the Airtel office where i got it converted.(Domlur). Even on working days there is no answer to the phone.
It is whose responsibility to ensure my account settlement is done? Whom to contact?
