Monthly 30 rs unknown chrs

My mobile No is 9894086648 & I am availing prepaid service.

Iregret to complin that you are (airtel) deducting Rs 30/- every month towards subscription which I am unable to understand.(Airtel radio) I have never demanded for any such service.

Inspite of complaining for this on your customer service No 121 every week, the same is being deducted.but customer care people are useless and avoiding customer compliant. It was deeply highly irresponsible,

since there was difference answers between the customer care executive itself.

Please look into the matter & stop deducting the amount every month. For any clarity you may call me on the above phone or through email.
