Activate services and net problem

Am getting an awful response from airtel. they have activated some services from airtel live on their own and i keep on losing money.some services automatically activated on me connection... and money deducted..kindly solve my problem as soon as possible..deactivate those unwanted services...

my no. is 9970804616.my frenzo chat also not working from many days.i using frenzo chat from about 1 yr..but due to network problem m not able to chat on frenzo..kindly solve my problems..thanking u.
