Hi. Myself Anand Singh and have taken a post paid connection on 15th January. Mr. A. Narendra Prasad from Koramangala outlet has sold the connection.
I took it as individual account. My Mobile number is : 9900088731.
Some executive came and did the verification from the land lady Miss. Sarala once. She has given the exact information that for last 10 days we are staying in the premises and our HR consultancy
Firm is under process of registration. This i came to know when a lady calls from Airtel office asking for more deposit. I dont know what for
Then she tells me that my land lady has told that we are doing the business for 1 year time and we need to display the company sign board. I made her clear that its a week old company under registration process
And once through with the process we will be surely displaying the sign board. On this she assures me that i will be getting services from Airtel.
Last week that is on 9th February my out going call barred without any prior information. When i spoke to some customer care manager and he said that while verification i need to be present.
So it means that i should keep myself available all the time till verification guys come to see me. That too these guys come on their own wish and accord. So as a human being its not possible for me
to sit in my house 24 7 and wait for executive to visit. Fine then the manager understood the situation and the pain i was bearing and released by outgoing call. He assured me that he is reinitiating verification process
and he also confirmed me that the guy will give me a call before visiting my place as requested by me.
But after that nothing happened. And today again my outgoing got barred. When spoke to customer care same old story of sign board comes. And lot of other stories that executive visited my place thrice for verification. I am completely unaware of it. Today i spoke to almost 4 customer care executive all my eyebrows got completely raised when all four was painting different stories about the date of visit details given by my land lady. They themselves were contradicting their own statements with one other but no one was ready to listen to me... wow customer has not got any right.
My inputs in getting the number and value of this number:

(1) I have paid Rs.1000 - extra to get the choice number.
(2) I am paying for my sms as well when in today's market its completely free.
(3) I go and pay the unbilled amount as soon as i cross the tiny credit limit allocated to my account.
(4) Every then and there i spare almost 20 to 30 minutes explaining the same story repeatedly to customer care executive.
(5) I have distributed this number to entire my contacts whether personal or professional and now this got barred
(6) My business got stuck just because my number got barred. I am losing business and trust from my clients
You know why am i doing this Why am i paying for sms when its free because i keep Airtel at very high note compare to any other telecom service providers.
I want to be in premier customer league thats the reason i went with Airtel. I am a customer who loves quality who keeps quality as priority than money.
Sorry to say but till now i had an impression that Airtel values their customer Airtel is customer service centric but you guys have proved me wrong.
I am very sorry to outline followings:

(1) Non of the customer care executive takes accountabilities. I am suffering because of you guys mistake.
(2) No one treated me as human no one even bothered to understand the pain i am going through. No one came with a solution.
(3) After sales i am left as a dead entity. Few Sales like this has given the bad name to entire sales industry.
(4) The gentle man carrying visiting card wearing Airtel shirt and a tie does not know the product he is selling.
(5) Some of your customer care even say that i am not concerned talk to outlet people. How can you say that when every one is under Airtel umbrella. Really Surprised.
You just make me understand that for others mistake why should i suffer as a customer.
My today entire evening has gone running here and there to Airtel offices but surprisingly there was no one available to attend a Post Sales Query.
Have it been a Pre Sales Call thousand person must have come to see me.
Sorry to say but this was really not expected from AIrtel. Please stop making customer suffer because of your mistake.
My last request is to release my calls at the earliest as my business as well as personal life getting affected.
Airtel connects people rather i will say India..is this the way you connect people..
I am flying to Delhi on early morning of 11th Feb.2010 and will be back only on late night of 15th Feb.2010 .
So you can send the executive for verification on 16th Feb.2010.
Meanwhile i am attaching the incorporation copy of my company for your reference.
We have made necessary applications to state government to get authority to display sign board.
It will be also done on or before 17th Feb.2010.
Please do me favour by releasing the out going calls otherwise my business will collapse.
