Pay per second plan

Hi,

airtel is a complete cheater b'coz it charges for the ringing time also in its pay per second plan. For example if u call someone and he/she attend ur call after 30seconds of ring and you talk for 53 seconds then you will be charged for 30 53=83 seconds instead of 53 seconds.

Please help it because this company is charging to its customers without even telling full plan details and lots of people are being cheated daily.
