Airtel Post paid to pre paid convertion

I had applied for airtel post paid to pre paid transfer for keeping same number. I had submitted my documents on 25 Jan & airtel office representative ensure that new pre paid will start within three days. But it did not happen till date.

Now I am asking about the same with airtel, for that they require documents again, I don't know what’s happen with my early documents. It may be chance of misuse of my personal documents.

There is total unlikely behavior by Airtel regarding this case. Why they are not so much responsible about his work & customers personal documents. So its should be airtel responsibility to hand carefully.

Now I don't know, where is my documents whether in airtel office or somewhere else. And when my connection will transfer from post paid to pre paid.
