Mobile bill paid, Still ban all outgoing calls

Good evening,

>I am Punish garg, mobile no.09996666609, a regular customer of Airtel.

>I had paid my Airtel bill (Amount 850) of due date 08/02 on 11 feb. 2010 at NANDINI COMMUNICATIONS, SC0-108, SHOPPING COMPLEX, SEC-7, AMBALA CITY.with all documents.

>On 14 Feb. I got call from Airtel chandigarh office that"bill is not paid by them (Due to internal dispute of Airtel with them), then I send scan copy of my bill receipt at 121@airtelindia.com (as demanded by airtel).

>I had put this matter at every ear of Airtel as I can, but I think they don’t to listen it.

Today on 19th Feb they gave me a wonderful gift, they put ban on my all outgoing Calls

WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS! CUSTOMER’S OUTGOING CALL BANNED BCOZ HE HAD PAID BILL

now, they also Don’t want to listen it So, I will go to consumer court.

Its not a matter of just Rs.850, but matter……FRUSTATION SUFFERRED BY ME
