Without any use balance deducted by company

Dear sir my name is piyush i have a airtel mobile prepaid connection my cell no is 9660003864 i have subscribed mail aleart service from airtel but without any mail the company deducted my one rupee balance in every 2 minutes we asked their call center executive but they dont give me positive responce so please take any action to airtel... thanks piyushgoyal
