Please refer the bill no 979291069 dated 18/Jan

1) TOTAL USAGE OF DSL AS PER BI LLD TOTAL 197376 KB

as per my bill plan dsl rate is one rupee (Rs1/-) per MB

197376/1024*1/- = 192.75 ware it is charged 192.89

2) First usage of 17/12/09 is 8743kb@ 1/- per MB will come 8.53808paisa and nearest digit to round off this will come Rs 8.54 but it is billed 8.55 paisa

3) 31.12.09 usage is 4906kb will come 4.79101 paisa and nearest digit tio round is 4.79 paisa but it is charged 4.80

same is confirmed by your Bangalore local billing team senior staff miss Bhawani P there is some error, apart form bhawni Mr Bhargev from call center supervisor is conformed and i placed the request to audit call, third time Mr Anthony from call center is also confirmed there is discrepancy

And in this regard i asked the written conformation of error and also informed to rework of all my old bill but your people is not giving the same after calling so many time to

Also tanuja arranged me a call from President office and Mr Nitin Bhargav is 12/2/10

and he informed me to revert on 15/2/10 but there is no reply by president office.

Also there is lot of other issues are pending about wrong info, perlal ringing, threaten by Ajay kumar jain, miss guide by Mr Stanly, threaten by Deepti, and some of the info is all ready sent to mail id of Sunil Mittel on your corporate mail id on", "Sunil Mittal" on, Bharti Mittal on, President Mr Manoj kohali on, Karnataka CEO Rohit Malhotra on, appellate, nodel, care karnata, in All this prectice i spent Thousands of rupees on call charges from verious number, Dsl useges. And Lot of my Veluable time, after loosing all this i am treated as a worst customer in airtel. also i feel some manipulations is going on in Bharti, and most of the customer is sufferd the same

ex. when Bharti is launched hello tune in the first month it is cahrged whole month chrge for the period of 5 days and 10 days also as per billing cycle saying this is not charged on prorate basis even the product is launched just 10 days before the billing cycle,

About the perlal ringing your call center executive is confirm this products is life time with 49/- monthly rental and know this product is not removed and that also without information to customer.

some time customers awareness is effects to some people performance record and in this practice we are getting threat from various people from airtel and some time it is informed to you in writing, even after informing to you your people is not taken any action against the Bharti staff and due to that i have suffers of injury, Still getting threat from your team is not stopped

delaying to resolve issue is adding more cost and tence on both side
