UN AUTHORISED CALL CHARGE

With various attempt to resolve my issue on my number 9163731739 making ISD calls at Fixed Phone in Poland 48896468730 im still being charged Rs 10.00 min for every call made from 22nd December till 2nd jan... first i got an email from AIRTELx stating that they didnt deduct rs 10.00/min and they have deducted rs rs 6.40/min... i corrected them through an email there after they send me an email again stating that it was a call to a mobile mumber in poland... however again i send them the number confirming it was a land phone and the charges should be Rs6.40/min... Then the answer i got confirming it was a land phone and they cant do anything... However i lost the amount overcharged and nothing is being done and left me cheated by AIRTEL...
