Irritating SMS from 54321

My mobile No. is 9960927291. I had not activated any cricket live comments. But it is irritating while receiving the cricket scores and very much annoyed they are deducting Rs.5/- automatically in our balance amount.
Why this network is doing like this...?
Even i am thinking to change my connection to other network services.
Hope you would act upon this immediately and do the needful.
