Aitel Incoming & Outgoing not working

Dear Sir Madam

My mobile is not working from last 6 days because I am not using my cell for last 2 months although I am paying monthly fixed rent for the same.

I am using Airtel from last 6-7 years and Airtel reward me such honour that I can¿t think about. Either Airtel earning so much that they don¿t need their faithful customer or the people supporting Airtel not working properly.

After 2 month when I am starting using that number (9872639979) from last 2 weeks and Airtel people didn¿t check the Current status of my number before withdrawing the services.

I have need urgent reply for the same either it resume automatically or Airtel people further frustrate me.
