Sir,

I have purchase A SIm card of Airtel Prepaid at rs 15.

And I gaven a identity of my self qnd i have recharged my cell phone with 48 rupees.

And I have not recevided my balance and my sim card has been blocked

that phon no is " 919794167058 ".

when i talk two him castomer care they said that your mobile have been recharged but your formailty is not reached their.

then i report to the shop keeper. they said that formailty is already has been send.

then I again talk to customer care, then they said that your mobile is not rechard by any money (recharge voucher).

please sir help me.

and i given the formaility i.e. the: driving licence
