Hi All,
I called up 98400 12345 (Airtel Customer Care) today around 03:00PM & spoke to one of the customer care executive (Sathish) about the issue.
He has informed me that the amount cannot be waived until I use the mobile for at least Rs 500/- monthly.
It looks so funny & this cannot be accepted by any customer.
Anyway bad luck & I need to inform the people about this in all possible ways to be careful in future.
