False Promises of Airtel Sales Employees :- Chandigarh Circle

This mail is in regards to the Grievances which I have against your Sales Team.

Rajesh Singh incharge, he had promised me the Internet Connection in the X-Mas offer ..

on the Name of Anshuman Sharotri (my younger brother)

He requested me to pay 2, 300 Rupees in Advance for 4 months rent... for Internet

and as well as Wifi Connectivity..

Then he consulted with the seniors and they told us to pay another 600 Rs ..

which I paid ..

but we were not given any wifi connection in regards to that they gave us a DSL modem . and have taken 1000 Rs a s security deposit which they said would be adjusted in the 6 months bill.
