MISLEADING INFORMATION AND SERVICE BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND ITS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES

On 10/02 I received a sms from the company that i have been prvided to make std calls @40 paise without any extra cost or any tariff and i will enjoy this facility till 10/03 but at that time i was not in the town but when i came back to KOLKATA on 25/02 i made std calls but i was charged according to previous plan only and since then i have made several complains but all in vain my problem was not solved only assurance was given to me that it would be solved but today i.e. 05/03 when i again contacted the customer care of AIRTEL and talked to their senior executive she told me that i can not enjoy the benefit which was given to me by the company as because i was enjoying other tariff before hand only but i have activated that tariff on 07/02 and i got the offer from the company on 10/02 and above all i have never been compensated for this only once i received a balance of 50paise for this problem.
